Dear Mr Khan

Hope all is well.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your assistance and support.

FOUR PAWS are an animal welfare organization. We have a Sanctuary called Lionsrock in Bethlehem were the Fallow Deer will be relocated.

If it will be possible that you can assist us on the rescue project with volunteers the following will be necessary to bring with.

We will appreciate it if the people can wear contrasting colors.

A hat or umbrella will be necessary for shading

Water and a lunch box.

The volunteers will be walking from the one side of the Island to another side to push the deer to the area where the kraal is constructed. Some of the volunteers will be used to form a human chain over an area.

There will be a briefing of rules and regulation of the island on Wednesday morning.

The ferry times are as follow:
Wednesday morning from Cape Town to Robben Island – 07h30
Wednesday evening from Robben Island to Cape Town – 18h00
If the volunteers are still needed for Thursday the ferry times are as follow:
Thursday morning from Cape Town to Robben Island – 07h30
Thursday evening from Robben Island to Cape Town – 18h00

I am looking forward to your soonest reply.

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards
