Magnificent- just one of many reasons why I am moving to Zeekoevlei in June!!

Here I am sitting at work in the dreary grey UK and up pops and e-mail with this fab picture of hippos at Rondevlei, this has made my day. Thanks to nephew James for forwarding to me,can’t wait til you move there is June, it only adds to the excitement of coming to see Rondevlei and Zeekoevlei for ourselves in January next year, we just hope we’re lucky enough to see the hippos.

How do us off water locals get to view these magnificent creatures?

These were spotted from one of the hides in Rondevlei, it could have been you!!! – just get there as often as possible, Rondevlei is still the best value for money opportunity in Cape Town.
