“Can you please put forward a request to our community for assistance.  We are trying to repair the rondevlei weir but have hit a stumbling block.  There is a piece of railway track that is preventing us from completing the task.  We need the help of someone who can cut through the railway track.  We have tried a grinder but does not work so a cutting torch is necessary.  The job should not take more than a few minutes.  So if there is anyone who has a portable cutting touch and a bit of time on their hands and has an eager spirit to help, we would really appreciate it.”
