There will be a talk at the Zeekoevlei Yacht Club, topic “Fire and Fynbos – after the 2015 fires; what now?” presented by Dalton Gibbs, Regional Manager South, Nature Conservation at City of Cape Town.

Dalton is a great speaker and his style is not only informative but entertaining as well.

Bar is open from 5:30pm. Talk will start around 6pm.

Dinner is available and they will have a fire going if its cold enough. (pop quiz – who can tell me the origins of the expression… cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey)
