Shadows in the night
Where? In Rondevlei on the Island (many of you will remember this venue, accessible by drawbridge from last year) … please meet at CTEET (Next to the hall on Peninsula Rd Zeekoevlei).
When? Thursday 22 February 2018… Sunset is at 19h31, please meet at CTEET at 18h30 sharp, in order for us to all proceed to the island as a group, and thus avoid anyone having a run-in with a Hippo !
What? Dalton will be giving a talk about the effects of the drought on the area, which promises, as always, to be fun and educational, please bring your picnic, camera, binoculars and a torch, along with your liquid refreshments. Free ice will be available.
Cost : R20 non-members, FoZR members free. (Membership sign-up and renewal at the event – Annual individual membership R50, Family R75)

I am a non member and interested in attending. I also wanted to ask if i could do a tour of the reserve before and then meet you guys (so as to be able to see the animals in the day time?),
and If so, how do I go about organising that?

We would love to welcome you to this event later today ! Please consider signing up as a FoZR member – it is very reasonable @ R50 per year for an Individual Membership and R75 for a family membership. We will have a table on the Island tonight where you can register.
Rondevlei Reserve is open every day, and entrance in now free !
