Great to see such interest in nature in your area.
I grew up on a farm in Grabouw and participated in Veld & Vlei, and then proceeded to the big city and big city career.
So always a nature lover.
Now I near retirement age – and during covid relaised that our local kiewiet families started to show up again – development in our area drove them off – this made me want to work towards getting them back to my area – I am working hard towards starting an initiative by studying their habitat and different types of birds – a long way to go, but reading about your efforts is a good inspiration.
