Some of you may have noticed that the planks at the Zeekoevlei weir have been raised to prevent loss of water.
For those of you that are out boating / frequent the weir, please could you keep an eye on the planks that have been put in, and report back if there is any damage or vandalism to weir infrastructure.
You may have also noticed the pedestrian bridge has been given a new lease on life – thanks go to Richard Cammell, Tom Schwerdtfeger, and Dalton Gibbs.
And thanks to Jocelyn who organised materials, set up the whole Joll, advertised, reported back to the community and worked as hard as any of the others on the bridge itsself, and who is excellent ‘bridge painting’ company.
