Last months ringing was very successful with 35 birds caught and rung, including 2 Malachite Kingfishers. We had a number of students from the Technikon and University present which resulted in informal lessons on bird anatomy from our expert, Colin Jackson.

The two Malachite Kingfishers we rung last month. These are fascinating birds to have in the hand.
