FoZR (Friends of Zeekoevlei & Rondevlei) have recently been awarded a short-term contract to operate the stunning new Tea Room on the shores of Rondevlei.

We would like to share with you our plans for the Tea-Room, hear your ideas and to introduce you to Faye Alkana, who we have requested to manage the catering on our behalf.

I could relax here in the company of frogs

This is an opportunity to have a look at our facility and to network with Friends, Vleibours, Twitchers & wannabe Vleibours. FoZR has arranged snacks and juices for the evening & we are still trying to organise a wine tasting.

Please bring your own alcoholic or other beverages and a R10.00 pp donation to cover cost of snacks and juice, also please remember that you will need to pay your entrance fee to Rondevlei Nature Reserve (unless you are a FoZR member with a card, in which case entrance to the reserve is FREE). Bring playing-cards for bridge or board games for the kids

All profit from this function and all FoZR profits from the tea room, for the duration of the contract, will be spent on the refurbishment of the museum and visitors centre.
