You are cordially invited to a (belated) AGM for Friends of Zeekoevlei and Rondevlei.

Date: Thursday 9th August (a public holiday)
Time: 3pm
Venue: The Boma, Rondevlei Nature Reserve
What: A brief report by the Chair on our achievements this year and Treasurer & elections for new committee

Entertainment:
a) Dalton (he says he will talk on the progress of conservation in the area – but we may persuade him to sing as well?)
To Friends, Vleibours and countrymen (and countrywomen too)
b) A talk on the planning of the renovation of the museum

Additional: There will also be a “bring & braai” & boat trips. Please bring all your own food, drink and cutlery – we will supply fires & music

Please do join us. We welcome any nominations to a new committee. We need at least 6 committee members. Please obtain approval from your nominee and submit the nomination on the form below to Dee or Tracy on email by no later than the 31st of July
